Monday, November 17, 2025

Sydney-headquartered customer experience and digital transformation company, Customer Science, today announced that it has been named in The Australian Financial ReviewFast 100 List for the second consecutive year.

The Australian Financial Review Fast 100 identifies Australia’s fastest growing companies and listed Customer Science following the company’s stellar revenue growth which increased from $8.17 million in FY24 to $12.15 million in FY25 representing a 52.75 per cent compound year on year growth.

Contributing to Customer Science’s success has been a 25 per cent increase in gross profit and an outstanding 96 per cent customer satisfaction rating. In the past 12 months, the company has also increased its headcount from 43 to 58 full-time equivalent staff

Todd Gorsuch, CEO, Customer Science, said, “It’s a true honour to be recognised in The Australian Financial Year Fast 100 for a second year in succession. This accolade is thanks to our focus on people, processes and technology in bringing customer and digital vision outcomes to life. Not only does our winning strategy enable us to continue to do interesting and meaningful work for the community but it also supports growing a sustainable business and allows us to reinvest for growth in our business and people.”

Earlier this year, Customer Science launched Knowledge Quest, an AI-powered knowledge management solution providing real time, accurate information, empowering contact centres to reduce handling times and drive customer and employee satisfaction. The solution was developed to address one of the most persistent challenges in customer service: ensuring every agent has fast access to up-to-date knowledge and ‘healthy’ data.

In addition, the company rolled out an AI Accelerator program, a packaged advisory and consulting solution providing Australian businesses with the opportunity to rapidly prove the value of AI’s return on investment in their contact centre operations and subsequently ready its adoption securely and in compliance with industry regulation.

Supported by leading contact centre vendors including Genesys, Verint, CISCO and Google, implementation partners including QPC and Optus as well as consulting partners including COPC, Simon Kris and Ensighted, the AI Accelerator Program provides all the IP to implement AI safely and rapidly so that organisations can retain the knowledge and learnings in their operations.

More recently, the company established a CX Communications consulting division following the acquisition of Sydney-based Friendly Persuasion broadening its suite of solutions to include written customer experience and supporting organisations to improve customer experiences and business outcomes in account correspondence, chat and short messaging.

Gorsuch said, “Customer Science’s unique aim is to achieve customer results by building all the CX and digital capabilities needed by organisations through providing advice and professional services across people, process, technology, data, AI, automation, management and product. We value our long-standing customer and vendor partnerships and look forward to continuing to work together to deliver true and trusted customer and digital experience transformation.”
